ScribePro Team is proud to help power the medical welfare of the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Our advanced medical management system is offered to all 48 competing nations as part of the FIFA WC26 Digital Medical Management Programme. From pre-tournament preparation to post-competition handover, we are here to support your clinicians with the intuitive tools they need. Qualified Member Associations will be able to utilise this offer from March 2026 until March 2027.

What does the platform do?
The platform eliminates fragmented, clunky record-keeping by centralising all medical data within a single, structured platform. This streamlines communication, speeds up data retrieval, and ensures consistent documentation and seamless handovers between medical staff. It also enables the efficient and secure sharing of customisable medical reports with players’ clubs.

Injury Surveillance:

What does this FIFA-funded opportunity include?
Member Associations will receive full access to ScribePro Team for:
- One squad (35 players)
- One year, ending 31 March 2027
- At no cost to the Association
During this period, Associations can:
- Grant access to an unlimited number of clinicians to collaborate on player care
- Receive full support from ScribePro, including squad setup, onboarding and ongoing support
- Manage player medical care continuously; from onboarding, through pre-tournament preparation and competition, to post-competition
- Access and download recorded information at any time
In addition, each Association will receive an Archive squad, enabling secure storage of medical records beyond World Cup 2026.
How does my Association register for this opportunity?
One representative from your Association must submit the registration form accessed using the QR code provided at the Team Doctor Workshop in Atlanta. Please contact us if you have not received this communication.
After submission, a member of the ScribePro team will contact you directly to discuss next steps.

I have submitted the registration form. How do I get started with a squad?
ScribePro will create your Association’s squad on the system and invite your lead contact to become Squad Admin.
The Squad Admin can then invite clinicians to join the squad and collaborate on player care.
There are two options for adding players to your squad:
- Users add players directly to the squad, view our how-to guides to learn how to do this
- ScribePro can support bulk player upload, please contact us for assistance
My squad has been created and players added. How do I invite clinicians?
The Squad Admin (identified in the Clinical Team section) controls user access.
The Admin can add or remove users at any time via the portal. To invite a clinician, the Admin will need:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
How do I manage ScribePro Team operationally?
Our Onboarding Guide outlines your operational controls, supports collaboration between clinicians and prepares you for onward injury reporting responsibilities. Ensuring your data processes, reporting standards, and squad structures are competition-ready ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
I have been invited to join my Association’s squad. What do I do?
You will receive an email invitation. Click the Join Squad link and follow the registration steps using your email address and mobile phone number.
Once registered, you can log in and access your squad(s) at any time.
Can I use my mobile phone or tablet?
Yes. The ScribePro Team app is available on iOS and Android via the App Store and Google Play Store.
The app also works offline, so you can use it without Wi-Fi or mobile signal.
Do I need to remember a password?
No. ScribePro does not use passwords.
Access is granted via email link or SMS verification or one-time passcodes if using phone number. When verifying by email, you must have access to that email account on the device you’re signing in from.
After verification on app:
- access is secured using your device’s biometrics (e.g. face ID or fingerprint)
- You will also set a PIN as a backup, if biometrics fail
How many players can be in one squad?
The maximum number of players is 35.
How many clinicians can access one squad?
There is no limit to the number of clinicians who can access a squad.
Access to the Clinical Team is managed by the Squad Admin.
Can I change the system language?
Yes. You can use your web browser’s translation functionality when accessing the Portal.
For example, in Google Chrome you can use the Google Translate extension to translate the platform into your preferred language.
Can we change the Squad Admin?
Yes. Please contact us to request a change of Squad Admin.
